Background: Growing up as a child, Freddy was as social as any kid could get, and was equal parts rowdy too. Every now and again, his only mother would get phone calls from his teachers only to find complaints flooding in from the other end. And despite his mother's constant nagging, he would never back down from his wild natured habits.Having made a handful of friends in his lifetime, he'd made friends with a certain demon -- One who hails from the Underworld, and one whose contact with humankind was more than just limited. Freddy was the gateway for his demon friend - soon boyfriend - into the ways of the human world. All turned sour, however, when one fateful day, Freddy made the accident of performing a soul-binding spell that not only bound his partner's soul to his, but dissipating his physical form as well. He is now haunted by the oscillating presence of the demon whom he regrets betraying, even if indirectly.
